Is 40 inch tires rare on a F-12 Farmall

say i have a 1935 F-12 Farmall that i will be selling here shortly i live in northern minnesota and i just noticed it has 9-40 in tires but the rims are flat spoke cut downs are these worth anything i was told that these were the original tires.
