I enjoy the photos of the English countryside. One line of my
family were horse handlers/tenet farmers from Huntingdonshire
who came to upstate NY 150 years ago. One came over for a
couple years to check it out then went back and convinced the
whole lot of his sibs/parents and grandparents to leave and settle
here where they could own their own land. The two areas look a lot
alike but I'll bet the winters were a shock.
