First, a leak down test is done on each cylinder individually with both valves closed. If you did that, you have a perforated head gasket from end to end or no inlet valves!! 95psi is very good if it is a distillate burner. Does it burn oil? - plug condition. Is it timed right - too early would increase blow-by. Was orifice plate (throttle) fully open for the compression test? These tests should give a good idea of engine condition - valves, rings/bores. Along with oil pressure (even a pressure test on this system when engine is out) and other factors should indicate where troubles may lay. Sounds like you at least need to pull it down for some repairs, so a carefull check then is the only definitive way of determining exactly what needs changing/repairing. Regards, RAB
