Bob; I had the same problem the first time I had to file on an NPB to get my listing fees back. I waited the 45 days with no responce from the bidder and then lost my listing fees.--- If no action is taken on the part of the Non Paying Bidder after the first 7 days have passed, you can go back in and close the case your self. When doing so, you check a box that states that you no longer wish to deal with the bidder because they have failed to respond. E-bay will then refund your fees. John
