My neighbors that I worked for as a boy had an Oliover 1465 ,which was a similar Fiat-built tractor. There was a pto clutch lever mounted on the transmission housing on the left if I recall. These tractors pto did not oprate the same as a regular Oliver with live pto where you only used the rear pto clutch.You used the pto clutch and the rear lever was to put the pto in gear.
