I'd recommend getting a used
Backhoe/Loader i.e Case 580, JD 400 series etc..etc... in fair operating condition they
are about $5,000 to $7,000 You'll never know how you got
along without one before... Septic tank, water lines,
road building, snow clearing, lifting logs,
I'd be lost without mine. You'll also find that you can earn some extra change if you want to work it for hire, or
you can just be popular with the neighbors.
