Being blunt. I like Ford and I have one but would not buy this tractor. The tractor price is too high. The S.O.S. trans. is a major negative. You will never get your money out of the tractor. Ask a mechanic about the cost of repair of the trans. Call a dealer and ask about trade-in. You should be able to get more value for that much money. I bought at auction a 52 HP IH with a nearly new loader, but needing a clutch, for $4300. The clutch parts were only $200+ from Case-IH. Continue to look. Good luck
