If the bats can get in and out, there is prolly more ventilation than enough. You are more likely to set fire to the barn.
As some others say, give them a home where they won"t make a mess. Bats are part of the whole eco-system and need all the help they can get from us to survive. We have already tried to screw up the environment more than we can ever understand.
