Make sure the truck has air brakes. Have seen trucks that size w/o air brakes and hydraulic brakes jsut dont have the stopping force of air and a leak on hydraulic brakes w/a truck that size and expensive machinerY????? air brake air leak can get home and still stop (unless hugly catastrophic). Wont win any races with taht motor but will do ok. 6-7 mpg. would be a pretty close guess. As for value??? Trailer not much brand new trailer like that 6500-8000 depending on features.
