Two different appartment complexes, which I forget the names of ... One is behind the 7-11 on Rte 63, the other is just south of Rte 63 on Rte 47, on the east side of 47. I got the impression from my drive that the development boom took a 20-year hiatus in that area. I remember the Rte 9 Hadley/Amherst commercial area under went a big boom when I was in Grad School (1984 - 1987) but it did not look like a lot more was added. Same for the Sunderland Center area. Would you say that is true? If so, I would consider it a blessing. In this area they have been building non-stop, every nook and cranny for the last 25 years.
