The 1/8 inch larger bore ups the size of engine from 113 to 123 cubic inches. This is roughly 4 - 4.5 horsepower. A C was rated at 20 & SC at 24. most engine kits for a C will be the 3 1/8 overbore, seldom see the standard kits offered.
