Allan, I wish I could buy it that cheap. I was quoted anywhere from $6 to $9 per small bail this week for grass. Allot of the hay here in CO was ruined this last couple of weeks due to rain driving the price up for the stuff that didnt.
There is a real nice field right behind me that was cut and ready to bail when the rain hit and now it looks like he is not going to even bail it up. Looks like he tried and decided it was not worth it.
Lots of big bails around but I can handle them so I guess I will just have to pay the price. Greg F.
