MF 231?

I Need knowledgeable advice!
We recently purchased a 30 acre piece of property (mostly cleared) with no major inclines. We have a medium sized run through the front, and several trees we will need to mow around. I am currently looking at the MF 231 and NH 1720. We will be doing mostly bush hogging, post hole digging, some front loading and possibly chipping. I am also struggling with 2 vs. 4 wheel drive.
