hard to tell without a picture, but I payed 2,500 and some change for my 611B.. it's a gas though.. and yes they came with LP from the factory.. get a picture on here and we could tell you better.. but I would say that if you could get it running then it's worth well over 300.. just my .02

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
