Fuel line connection to injector - Ford 3600

OK, I have a Ford 3600 Diesel for our acreage. A couple of weeks ago it seemed to be missing some, so I started looking at it and it looked like fuel was seeping from the top of the injector and/or the return lines. I took the opportunity to change all filters and replaced the return line that I could determine was leaking. Tightened it all up today and started it up and ran perfectly for about 5 minutes then started missing again so I nursed it back to the driveway and looked at it and found one of the fuel lines to the front injector was actually off.

I have a service manual for this tractor, but it is not very descriptive of what the connection should look like. So I am asking all you experts what should I be looking for to get this injector line connected again?
