If I where you, I would have someone put up the hay on shares, at least for the first year or two. Sell your share back to the operator, or try the hay market yourself. Take your time, and look around for the right tractor, and necessary equipment. Everything will come together if you exercise patience.
You are getting a lot of good solid advice here...the best of which is that 4020's are too expensive and too big for little operations.
