Value of a JD A

A elderly couple down the road from me just went into a nursing home and they are going to sell the house they have a late styled JD A in the barn they are going to sell. They would like to know how much to ask for it. It has fair sheet metal, not much rust,new muffler(right hight)plus some new parts but I don't remember what any more,like new front and rear tires. But it does not have a serial number plate. It is a 50-52 I believe It has sat for about two years but it ran good when it was parked:) and it is not locked up. Any ideas on how much they should ask would be a great help. Thanks in advance. Matt H.
