You might need some experience in electronics to build this, but I it might not be as hard as it looks on the outside, radio shack ought to carry these parts for it. http://www.homepower.com/files/electricfence.pdf The article starts under the title of "time machine" (no this is not a SciFi magazine and it has nothing to do with time travel) On page 3 halfway down secound column it starts talking about the electric fence charger. The advantage is that you can control the Omph of the zap. I'd love to see how the coons would get "poofed" by this!
