I am a member of the Central City Iowa Historical Society. Years ago we have aquired a farm that was and is filled with antiques. We are to the point where we are trying to make something more of it. We have had Open Houses in the past as we will this year. This year on the 24th of September we will be having the Open House. We will be having an antique tractor and equipment display. We will be having area participants for the display but I am looking to the genorous people on this forum for more support. We are needing to make this something more than the one day event it is. I need your help. I am looking for anyone in the Eastern Iowa area that would like to display their older antiques and equipment. We will be taking anything 1968 and older. This is a free event and fun. There are lots of interesting antiques to see. We will be taking the display items on Saturday all day and then Sunday morning until 9AM. We will have security on hand that night. The equipment is welcome to stay until Monday but must be moved by the end of the day. Call 319-437-7789 or email Mark Nosbisch for more details. I look forward to hearing from you.
