It has already started here in Michigan because of the TB outbreak in the North Eastern Lower. The U.P already has been using the RFIDs to have a separate designation from the Lower and we all have to have them for cattle starting in March along with a premise ID. You only need them tagged if you are moving them off your farm. Of course the big concern is that the data base stays private but I am sure some judge will allow the goverment full access to store all the records just like they do with our gun purchases that are supposed to be destroyed after purchase.
