Coul dbe a bent shifter fork.. worn shifter or worn pattern. If you are lucky.. it was just a worn shifter that slipped out of the fork, and the fork still has the tractor in R. in that case.. I'd repalce/repair the shifter, and get it lined back up and reinstasll in rev, and then shift out and go. I'm not familiar with oiliver.. but on a fird you'd start by pulling the trans cover...
