I have had border collies and they had no trouble killing coons.
They are very quick and get behind and pin the coon to the ground
and go up and down the spine crunching bones. Sounds like
crushing a bag of potato chips. They need a job like herding if
they don't have one they will find one maybe not what you want. I
haven't heard of them being used for upland game hunting.
