Anyone else out there broke

My two sons graduated from college May 20 of this year and I thought I would be rich now since no more college expenses but it ain't happened yet. The month they graduated I had a tennant move out of a house I own. I had a lot of expenses fixing it up and just got it rented again. Tractors don't seem to be selling right now. I'm over the hump so to speak but was wandering how others are fairing. Anybody having any luck with selling old iron or parts?
