Sign in securely to your ebay account, and look in "My Messages", If the message is REALLY from ebay, it'll be in there in the secure area. However, there's a 99.999% chance it is a "PHISHING" email from crooks with NO connection to ebay, and when you respond to it, you will be giving away your private ebay account information to a scammer. NEVER, EVER respond to ANY message that looks like it's from ebay, without confirming that a copy appears in the secure area accessed through your ebay account, and even then, respond to the email ONLY through the secure ebay site, rather than through your email. I can't believe the amount of fake stuff folks get that they actually believe has come from ebay!
