Well, There is an upside. Found out that the little hydro tranny is stronger than what that engine can put out. Trouble is, the tractor just didn't have power enough to pull thru the tiger shut, so I just unhooked 'er and went to the house. :>) Darned swather is really buried. Just hope I don't pull 'er in two when I chain on to it with the big tractor with the duals on. Allan

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
