If I were you I would run to Sears (I am not familiar with the Costco units) and buy the cheapest one that has enough storage for you. The toolbox is not going to make you any more money than if you put your tools in a five gallon bucket. 99.5 percent of the time it will not roll around either. Therefore if you can handle not having the drawers slide out like glass, the cheap ones will work for you. I went this route and saved a ton. I may have to replace it once in my lifetime but I figure I can do that and still be ahead. You also might want to look into some of the online companies. I bought one for my school through Grizzly industrial that is decent, was reasonable in price and came with a NAPA sticker plate on it.
