A friend of mine built a log home recently and used those flooring boards to make all their counter tops. Said they got the boards at a land fill where a trailer manufacturer discarded their scrap. Paid $2.00 a board for it. Looks good. I'm sure they will have to seal it real good to with stand the water that will get on it.
