Out here in SW Idaho / Eastern Oregon, the weed guides say to spray with glyphosate (Roundup) when in full bloom. Got a couple of plants on my place that I need to spray this week. Even though we have state laws mandating control of noxious weeds, I don't see much (any) enforcement or effects of enforcement. :-( Nathaniel
