I am in SE South Dakota and we have only had 1.25 inches since june 12. Severe drought. I just wish that we could come out of severe drought like Illinois did last year but it is not going to happen. Some of the corn has already been declared zero by crop adjusters ahead of silage chopping. Had a field that looked good by the drive by standard but has no kernels on the ears once it was inspected. Much of that in the area and the guys do not even know it yet.
