Clean tank, new fuel, no water, but you got jelly--that"s weird. If you have your own fuel tank that you filled this unit from, and no jelly or fuel problems are showing up in anything else you"ve fueled from your tank and the same batch of fuel, two things come to mind: (1) did you check with whoever did your tank, telling them what you"ve got, in case they did something new or unusual with your tank? (2) was it parked where someone might"ve dropped something into the tank as a prank or a get-even stunt? (so I"m paranoid) Good luck; let us know what it was, if you ever find out.
