Jacques: I agree with Bob, but try running it awhile. When your pto is under heavy load, try putting clutch all the way down. Your mower should do it in heavy cutting. Could be the pto clutch stuck on shaft or it's presure plate. That might free it, if stuck. It may take several times and indeed a few days use.

If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to split the tractor.
