So are you saying the government should stop all activities and just concentrate on the people that build below sea level? I don't want to alarm you, but the government can and does operate on many, many fronts everyday. Just because these people that CHOSE to live in a hole are whining doesn't mean the government should stop everything and focus all efforts on them so they can be flooded out again and again. We all buy homeowners insurane, at least we should, to cover perils of nature. If some did not do so then they don't need to stand there waiting for a handout for their own stupidity. It is NOT the governments job to rebuild private homes. It is up to the citizens to take care of their own property The government has already handed out BILLIONS of dollars for these people. If they don't appreciate the handouts they get there, then they are free to move somewhere else. I don't feel like working 60 hours per week so my taxes can go to pay for the terminally stupid members of our society..

12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
