Chrysler engine, right? Are you looking for just the replacement bypass filter element, or is the whole filter cannister missing? If you have the cannister, are there any numbers on it? Do you have an olf filter element? If the whole cannister is missing, is originality important? If not, and you want the benefits of getting the bypass filter setup working again, you could install a WIX BYPASS filter head, and spin-on BYPASS filter element: 
I have a Chrysler Industrial engine, and a Co-op tractor with a Chrysler engine, and could send you photos of the filter setup, if that would help.
