The only thing I see that might be a concern would be the "tongue mount" on the hitch on the one rake and the dolly wheel on the other one. Would the tongue sitting on the hitch bar cause it to ride down? Don't know either but I had an old dearborn rake with that tongue mount on it and this year I built a dolly wheel under it and now instead of taking four men and a boy to hook it up, I just have to lift a 20 pound drawbar and hook it to the tractor. As far as turning, they're gonna stay as far apart as they are in the field, as both will stay in line with where they were going through the field, so I don't think that would be a problem. You couldn't fasten them together in back, or when you turned, they would want to skid around as one unit, and you'd be out there with a welder on the first turn. Harley
