Sid, with all due respect, my own opinion is this is not Socialism or Communism, but Capitalism at its purest: whatever powerful interest, whether monied or political, sees a chance to make money, the individual"s rights are subordinate to the profit hoped for. The Supreme Court decision turned ownership of any kind upside down (if they can take privately owned land, they can take anything privately owned). We need to let all our elected people know entertaining one of these deals is a sure way to get voted out.
