On the off chance, and the pump seal sounds quite well, a injector thats leaking[ no sealing at static pressure]will slowly weep fuel into the cylinder[s] and past the rings to the sump, and if the fuel tank is above the engine it is possible to happen. just an item to check, on two different engines???? Does the fuel in oil happen quickly[ overnight?] or takes time, also do they run smoky and lack power[ injector work required] and possible pump also, how about shutting off the tank for a day or so and re-check the oil for fuel? good luck
