Tom, I'm not familiar with this particular tractor, but I can give you some ideas. There should be a wire bringing 12 volts from your starter to the battery connection on your switch. It might run through a circuit breaker or fuse between the starter (12 volt connection)and the switch. There should also be another connection on your switch sometimes called ignition to run your coil, accessories, lights etc. This terminal may also run to a fuse before it goes to you electrical equipment. Finally you should have a start terminal that will go to the neutral safety switch and from there to the solenoid on your starter. If you have a voltmeter you can use it to determine your terminals on your switch. When the key is on the Battery and ignition terminals will be common. When you turn the key to the start postion, battery, ignition, and start terminals will be common. If you have more terminals it could be for things like glow plugs when you turn the key backwards, or accessories that are on when the key is backwards. Let me know how it turns out.
