Well I would investigate an epoxy paint. They are 2 part paints that you mix together. I worked for a cleaning company and we were given the job of repainting the traffic lines of a factory. First we had to get the old lines off the floor because the traffic lines were to be different. We threw sanders, grinders, acid, at it and it took hours just to go a matter of yards. No kidding We ended up lying on our shoulders after 12 hour days with razors in our hands getting rid of those lines. In a factory, can you imagine that. My other experience with it was the bollards that hold ships to land. The stuff is almost bullet proof. I had the rest of the paint and gave it to my dad to paint his trailers.(I had safty yellow) I had never seen a paint as tough as this stuff. I hear it costs a lot though.
