A truck has 3 weight ratings you need to be concerned with. Per axle weight This is a weight you can have 1 axle weight when loaded. GVWR This is the gross weight your truck can weigh without a trailer. GCWR This is the gross weight of the truck; trailer; and load. (YOU DO NOT ADD THE 2 GVWR'S FOR THIS) A trailer will have 2 weights. Per axle and GVWR. Just because you can hook a trailer to the truck does not mean you can pull it and stop it loaded. So get the GCWR of your truck. Weigh the truck and trailer empty and subtract from the GCWR. This will tell you what the truck will haul on a trailer. Next get the GVWR of the trailer. Weigh the trailer empty and subtract from the trailer GVWR. This will tell you what the trailer will haul. So to answer your question. Does not matter what truck you have. Your 26,000 GVWR trailer has a payload of about 22,000 lbs most likely so you can NOT haul a 30,000 lb dozer on it.
