I have a 1953 CJ3B, the slightly updated version of the CJ2A with a taller, more powerful engine. Mine has the rear PTO, but they also made a front and mid as well. The sickle bars were mid mount and were powered by the Mid PTO. There were at least two different 3 points available. I may be wrong, but I was thinking that the PTO output was more like 29 HP. I used to pull a trailer type Brush Hog with mine until I got a proper tractor. It was kind of scary at first.
