Yeah But, It's easy fer me to sit here and beller; can easily do this dryland thing standing on one leg. Sure don't have near the chores that you guys do that's fer sure. All I gotta do is get the darned hay off. Then, I'm gonna ride that silly plow on 46 acres of old alfalfa if I have any daylight left before the frost sets in. Not really a big deal fer me 'cause I can always catch the plowin' in the spring. I just like to hear myself *itch and moan. :>) Allan

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
