Jeepers, we'd call that first class farm ground out here ;) One of my neighbors is making good money selling stones those size for landscaping primarily in the opposite corner of the state. He kind of chuckles, because he remembers helping his father back in the 1940s haul them off the fields and bury them in a pit...now his son digs up the pit and sells the stones!
