Hi Brad, Does the wife ever use those "Toilet soaps" or those 5000 clean flush things? I had one that got down to a small size and got flushed down at the flush valve, than it got stuck in that little hole at the bottom of the stool,I evan took the stool up and turned it over and never saw it. put the toilet back and it worked twice and the same thing happened.finally I stuck my finger in that hole and felt the "Toilet soap" and had a devil of a time getting it broke up.Alas,it works just fine.Sorry for the long etc, etc, etc. Jim in N M
