With no AC, you got to run with doors open and drown your self in dust or a large fan blowing in. I suggest a 12 volt fan from a car radiator. the bigger the better. Cut a hole in the roof and mount a filter over it. A fan from like a car water heater is just barely big enough to live with, and the dust will eat the bearing out once a year.
