It's been awhile since I did that, but if I remember correctly, the worst part is getting the pully and the idler pully arm off the output shaft. I seem to remember a lot of heating and beating, and I may have torched out some bearings to get it all free. The input shaft should just slide out of the coupler, but you may have to remove the tongue and slide the shaft forward to get enough clearance to drop the box.
