Allan's JD?

Allan, What happened to the 1020 JD project for your wife? I looked up the one in NC you had posted the pic of and it is about 2 hours North of me, near Charlotte, NC. You could hook up the trailor and take a trip East to pick it up, visiting friends along the way and if you timed it right you could stop at the Charlotte auction and maybe pick up another project. Just kidding, I know you work for a bad boss that won't give you much time off. Enjoy your seat time now that the weather is cooler. KEH

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
