Guess I'm going to have to can the John Deere wife present idea.

Was really hoping to find a backhaul somewhere, but only found one fella who can haul it tomorrow. But of course, the fuel cost is a deal killer and its nobody's fault.

He says he needs at least a buck and a quarter a loaded mile for a multiple load. That pencils out to right at $1865 to get the little guy to within 200 miles of my place where I could go meet him with my trailer down on the Interstate.

Talked it over with the wife and she says thanks for the thought, but to stop, use my pee-brained head for a change and leave the little tractor sit in North Carolina.
