Yeah, I am saddened by the trend to sell out and move but that is the way it is around here. Just last year the last active farm inside the Capital Beltway sold out. The owner stated he was tired of dealing with crime, trespassers, shot & Killed livestock, traffic inconsiderate to tractor drivers, etc.
