I have a set on '46 JD B and they look pretty good. If you hit a heavy spot sickle mowing though you do a U-Turn as they don't grip that well. The same applies to plowing snow, although you can just use your brakes and slide the front around, really helps with the manuverbility. I do know they will stay on the tractor when it gets redone, they are nice for what we use it for, aside from the mowing thing which we do very little of anymore.
