Converting a B Farmall to a BN

This is a first for me in this forum, and please dont point a gun at me.

Has anyone here converted a B into a BN by using A rear axles and a C engine on a B?

If so can they please share here or by email what the hiccups and problems will be as I undertake this task for my father?

My ultimate goal is to get the rear end as narrow as possible with as stout an engine as possible for small garden work and mowing. This is a project my father has dreamed of for 20 yurs and hes over 70 so for him I am taking this on.
